Indigo Beam
For this project, we use Dynamics 365 Sales as a base, on which is based all the management of customers, products, packages sold, reservations, trips, and the different tours they have available.
Different integrations were made for the validation of mail, address, and payment management. This project also included a portal that is active and allows customers to manage their reservations and package confirmations. Finally, it also has a Canvas app to be able to purchase packages with a more comfortable look and feel for the customer.
Adaptative Imagination
For this project, we use Dynamics 365 Field Service module as a base, which is used for the management of work orders that include different assets, products, and services, and that are segmented by multiple functional locations and warehouses. This project has an active portal, in which customers and different contacts of the company can manage work orders. Finally, they also have a mobile application that is used by technicians to manage their work orders.
Bauen Group
For this project, the environments of production and sandbox were configured for the management of mailboxes and queues, automatic response in the creation of cases depending on the subject, configuration of the knowledge database, security roles, and the CRM portal following the same look and feel of the client's website.
